We recently introduced new documentation and customer support ticketing within the WattIQ system, powered by Zendesk. You can reach our customer support portal directly by pointing your browser at https://support.wattiq.io, or if you are logged into our cloud service, pull down the user menu on the upper right corner of the menu bar:
Selecting the "Customer Support" menu item will bring up a panel in the lower right-hand corner of your browser window, with integral search of documentation and FAQ items by just typing a keyword relevant to your question:
Finally, you can open a support case with WattIQ by simply clicking "Contact us", and a short form will pop up in the support pane, pre-populated with your login ID. Tell us what area of the product or service your question pertains to (e.g., installing hardware, asset utilization, etc), and then describe how we can help. Our support team or one of our engineers will reply and help with the problem.
