Our release on September 8, 2021 includes bug fixes and new functionality:
Asset Utilization: Period Comparison Reports Added
This release adds a standard report type to the Asset Utilization product: Period Comparison. This allows a quick way to see any utilization metric, compared across standard time frames. You can select up to 4 aggregation windows (e.g., last 7 days, month, quarter, year), and you can group utilization by the standard grouping labels (e.g., specific assets, classes of equipment, models, locations, and user-defined labels).
The resulting report gives you a simple way to view aggregate utilization, and complements the existing Trend reports.
Platform Bug Fixes
Three bugs were fixed in this release:
- Fixed an issue with the Zendesk support ticket widget in Internet Explorer that was causing some pages to load incorrectly
- Fixed an issue in Energy Management with scheduled energy savings when a schedule exception existed for December 31st, which caused the page not to load.
- Fixed an issue which prevented new gateway-related alert rules to be created (there was no problem with existing gateway alerts).
