In this release, we added reports and graphs to help understand when alerts occur, and if there is a trend towards fewer temperature and door opening events, or more for some assets. Under the Condition menu, the Reports tab displays common "Bookmarks" for starting a report:
These bookmarks are just entry points to broad classes of reports with useful defaults. Once you start a report, you can customize the metrics you display, the time frame, and whether you examine individual assets (all, or a filtered list) or aggregate statistics across types of assets or locations. All of the data you provide on an asset ("labels") are also available to help you do meaningful breakdowns. Customers use labels to record departments, sites, budget cost centers, and so on.
For each of the main alert rules in our Condition Monitoring product, there are corresponding metrics. For example, for assets where door openings can be a problem (freezers, refrigeration, incubators, and so on), you can easily see which assets are open the most, and which have the most alerts where the doors are left open the longest:
It is also easy to see if there are trends in behavior, or not:
In future releases, we will continue to expand the reporting options, and add additional methods of visualizing problems and trends.
